Our goal for this visit is to ensure you are receiving the care that will meet your health needs. During this visit, you can expect a brief history and physical assessment to pre-qualify you for care.

Your first visit is all about information gathering and will be the most time intensive. Dr. Hallmeyer will perform a detailed history, physical/neurological exam, and gather baseline posture measurements. Upper cervical x-rays will then be taken to visualize your misalignment. At this point your visit is complete. Dr. Hallmeyer will analyze your x-rays and determine the best course of care to maximize your health.

Dr. Hallmeyer will present a report of findings and your treatment plan, followed by an adjustment. Then, post-adjustment x-rays will be taken to verify that the misalignment is being corrected according to plan.

Because the adjustment is similar to having your pulse taken, you may not notice a whole lot while it’s happening. Similar to the adjustment, the changes you feel will also be gradual. The night of your first adjustment and into the next day you may feel sore – almost as if you just went skiing for the first time of the season.
